As Heart of Joy Folkschool moves ahead in its second year of development, FOLK THEATER is a lively topic of discussion. Kay Reimers has a great idea for developing a village theatrical with many playwrights participating.
I'm wanting to understand more about funding at the local level for projects like this. Who knows what? Please inform!
