New Mural at 307 Dayton Xenia Ave. UPDATE- Need your 2 cents!

Hello Everyone,
Thank you to everyone who responded with helpful suggestions as to how I may go about fund-raising for the new mural, located at 307 Dayton Xenia Ave! I am now in the process of writing up my grant proposal for this project that I will be submitting to the Yellow Springs Community Foundation.
Although I would still like to keep water as an important element in this mural, I am considering changing the theme to reach more specifically towards the people and history of Yellow Springs itself.
I wish not only to feature the rich history of the area that is Yellow Springs, but also some of the individuals who have contributed to what the village has come to represent today. I would like to photograph some members of the community as well. If you have any recommendations about who these people should be then please contact me.
I wish to dig deep to gain information about who and what may be appropriate to include in this expression, as it will be a focal point of the village for years to come.
I am very open to hearing your opinions and ideas. So please do post!

Hi, Sarah - have you gotten together with any of the members of the Historical Society? That's one great resource! Scott Sanders who works at the Antioch Library and who is in charge of the Antiochiana collection is really good to talk with.
